When Jason Howard first set out to become a photographer, he was still in college and unsure of where his photos would take him. No small setback, however, would be able to deter him since, at the age of 30, Jason now finds himself more than ever deeply rooted in the world of photography. Working hard at Hofstra University on Long Island, Jason first majored in Communications and soon completed his studies in photography at the renowned F.I.T. (Fashion Institute of Technology). Jason first broke into “the scene” as a nightlife photographer, but soon flexed his photographic muscle in other areas as well. Jason developed his talents to accommodate the demand for more experienced photographers, rising to higher echelons in the fashion, glamour, art, and entertainment scene.

Since then, he has comfortably progressed through celebrity red carpet events, fashion shows, and frequently covers some of the most exclusive events in New York City. Never to be found on hiatus, Jason’s work ethic reflects his passion for the picturesque art form. When he is not covering an event, Jason can be found in his midtown photo studio. His work has been featured in such publications as Playboy, In Style, Complex, Showbusiness, NY Post, Newsday, DXL, and Vicious. More often than not, however, Jason is capturing celebrities through an almost exclusive lens. Among the notable list of celebrities Jason has had the opportunity of photographing are Angelina Jolie, John Travolta, Hugh Jackman, Julia Roberts, Lindsay Lohan, Kim Kardashian, Kevin Bacon, Paris Hilton, John Legend, and Adriana Lima.

This photographer clearly understands what works and what does not. He has been meticulously perfecting his craft over the last ten years and, by the looks of it, we will be seeing much more from this young artists work. No longer worried about where his pictures might take him, Jason prefers to capture the world through his own unique lens, and that picture could not be any clearer.
